The Indiana brochure (pictured at left) and the Illinois brochure (pictured at right) contain information regarding the health benefits of fish such as their amounts of protein, minerals, and vitamins.  The brochure also describes how chemicals such as mercury and PCBs affect the health of infants and young children.  More importantly, ways to reduce exposure to these harmful contaminants are given, such as choosing where to fish, types of fish, how much fish to eat, and how often.  The brochure also includes preparation and cooking guidelines for fish under the Indiana and Illinois advisories.

The Illinois version (pictured and linked on right) helps consumers make wise food choices
