Carla Blue

As program specialist, Carla Blue responds to information requests from the National Sea Grant Office, oversees project reporting, works with the IISG advisory committees, and distributes products to partners and advisory groups. Carla will coordinate the Illinois Water conference and assist with IWRC’s role in the Biennial Governor’s Conference on the Management of the Illinois River.
